mishy’s japan adventures!

It was raining the first 5 days, then disgustingly sunny the next 3 days, then nice and windy on the last day. The Japanese are so awesome, they put fall decorations on the trees to make sure people knew that its Autumn already.
So many people, no one speaks English.
There are less cutesy things there than I expected. I didn’t come across a large stationary store, which I am quite devastated about, however, Harajuku and Shinjuku was very AWESOME.
Akihabara was insane. Manga and games everywhere. There were so many maid cafes and cosplayers. And seedy old men hitting on the maids o.O
I GOT TO PRACTICE MY JAPANESE!!!!!!!! EEEEEE!!!!!!!
All the buildings in Akihabara had anime music in the background and its the type you don’t notice until you have a migraine. Clever they are.
One piece and K-on are really big there at the moment. So are furry fox tails, which girls clip onto their belt loops o.O strange.
so many idol shops everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and crepes too!!
The train lines are awesome!!!! Who needs buses!!

I actualy didnt buy a lot of things D: which makes me a little sad.

You know in arcades, there are those games where you needs to grab a toy inside with a large metal claw, yes that one. In Japan, they don’t do small toys, they do pillows, garbage bins, clothes, figurines etc. Its so cool! I won a bin and pillow! And I got it for less the amount I would have paid if I were to buy it in a store!

DOMMMMM KINOKUNIYA BOOK STORE THERE IS 9 STORIES HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I freaked out a little. The top floor is just for white people. They even had English manga!! Much more up to date than Perth!

right… Its getting too long, sorry D:
